Our Mission
The New England Method is a student-centered literary and visual arts magazine dedicated to creating a supportive, non-competitive space for teenage artists and writers. We aim to publish and celebrate student work in all its forms, offering young people a meaningful platform to express themselves, share their perspectives, and connect with a broader creative community. We prioritize authenticity, inclusivity, and the belief that every student voice deserves to be seen, respected, and heard.

2026 Call For Submissions
We are excited to announce the creation of our inaugural edition of

We will be selecting the most interesting and original pieces to include in our launch. All writing formats are accepted; Poetry, Fiction, Non Fiction, Essays, and Plays. Preference is given to pieces 5000 words or less. All forms of visual art are accepted; Photography, Illustration, Painting, Drawing, Graphics, etc. Final publication will be in Digital Online form but prints will be available therefore, with regards to the visual art submissions, hi-res still images are preferred.
We are accepting submissions through the Duosama link on this page. The first submission deadline is April 30th. We look forward to showcasing a wide range of voices and perspectives in our very first issue. Any questions please feel free to email us.
